Kelly is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI), National Certificate Holder (NCH), and a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI).
Kelly is an Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with more than 45 years of experience in design and project management related to aerospace, medical, home component/construction, and building systems. He has completed the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection course and has extensive field experience conducting home inspections. Kelly is a level 1 Certified Infrared Thermographer, building investigations through the ITC (FLIR) Canada. Kelly holds a Red Seal Interprovincial certificate as a mechanical technician.
Kelly is the recipient of the IEEE Palin Award (1992) and Stephen Greenford Award (2023) in both Engineering and Home Inspection, respectfully.
Jeremie St. Hilaire, NCH
